My experience with the team from Armour Shield roofing has been great. It began when a big windstorm blew through our neighbourhood. We lost shingles on several sides of our roof. They made accommodations to come out first thing the next morning and performed a repair to get us water tight. I asked our insurance company to permit us to use them for the repair and they agreed. They showed up when promised and did a great job completing the full replacement on a challenging roof(very steep with many peaks).Full confidence in this company
A few months ago, we experienced significant damage to our roof in a storm. I received several quotes for the roof replacement. Armour Shield Roofing provided me with one of the quotes that were in the higher range of estimates, but they were able to schedule my roof replacement earlier than other companies, so we went with them.Their workmanship is excellent. We had our deck redone in our backyard with composite boards and glass and Armour Shield protected it with tarps and plywood, where other companies said it was not necessary. They found several vents that were installed improperly in our roof by the builder 20 years ago that had led to several rotten roofing boards and mould. They cut these out and replaced them with new wood. We had our roof redone 15 years ago, after a previous storm, and that roofer never mentioned the improper venting that he would have seen.The roofing team did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. They guarantee their workmanship and product and promised to return if we have any issues at all for 10 years.I was having issues settling with our insurance company for the damage (never go with TD insurance!!!) and Armour Shield worked with me, delaying payment until we got the issue resolved with the insurance company. I highly recommend the work done by Armour Shield.

He actually took the time to stop to walk up the street to my home and gave me a quick evaluation of my roof. It's been 20 years and is showing wear. We booked an appointment from there to get a complete estimate to replace my roof along with styles and types of shingles which I chose, Certainteed Landmark Pro Shingle in the estimate which comes with a great guarantee from the manufacturer. Armour Shield has replaced a few roofs in my neighbourhood. They delivered as promised. Their pricing was not the lowest nor the highest, I try to get the best value for the hard earned dollar. They cleaned up after every day of working on my roof as if they had completed the job. They had lots of protection on and around my flower beds with plywood against the home windows to protect everything. The 8 man crew were very friendly and worked at a steady pace, not rushing doing quality workmanship as opposed to rushing and having to come back and fix things. My experiences with Assaad (General Manager), Rodney (Operations Management), Peter & Rob (site managers) were all top notch…. By that, I mean prompt, courteous, answered every question, and (honestly) nice about it through the entire process. They took their time being meticulous, paying attention to every detail. They even came back after a torrential rainstorm days later and cleaned all my eavestroughs from the fine grit that was washed into them. Two thumbs up Armour Shield.
