That level of effort and professionalism immediately stood out to me. His quote was also the most competitive out of all the companies I spoke with.What impressed me most about Jordan was his integrity. During the roof installation, one of his workers accidentally damaged the flooring upstairs in my home. These things can happen during big projects, but what matters is how someone responds. Jordan immediately took responsibility and paid the full repair cost without hesitation, which ended up being over $1,000. Shockwave did a great job. Great communication, came with a detailed quote broken down exactly how I asked, with a lot of info and all the certificates of warranty and insurance. Different level of prices depending on choice of materials, all of which were competitive with other quotes I recieved. No pressure tactics, in fact gave advice if I were to go with another company. Couldn’t be happier with my new roof and my experience with Shockwave Roofing! Communication was excellent right from the beginning, with Jordan going over everything in the estimate thoroughly, really putting my mind at ease. Cost was less than with other similarly rated, top reviewed companies but the materials used were identical. I got timely updates throughout the process regarding when things would be delivered and was also updated daily when the work was being completed. They were very respectful of my (and my neighbours’) property and cleared nails and debris daily before leaving. Super positive experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Shockwave Roofing! I had 6 different roofing companies come to give quotes, and Jordan was the only one who actually went on to the roof, took pictures, and showed me where there were concerns. After this initial visit, Jordan came back with a thorough quote and information package and sat down to explain the whole process and the different levels of products they offered. I appreciated the detailed explanation, the different levels of products, and the certificates to prove insurance and coverage. Shockwave offer extra coverage for tires and damage, which shows they care and will protect your property. Communication was thorough and concise about delivery, delays, and days work would be completed. We had a few rain delays, but Jordan kept up well informed and the guys were here waiting for a break in the weather. The guys did a fabulous job protecting our property and laid tarps on the yard to ensure all shingles and nails were cleaned up. Jordan came out after the job was complete to do an inspection, final clean up, and a nice touch was having drone photos of the roof completed. The 50 year transferrable warranty on product and 10 year warranty on workmanship, gives peace of mind and is comparable to much more expensive metal roof companies. Jordan was very personable, friendly, and great to work with. Highly recommend Shockwave to anyone needing a roof replaced.
Jordan was so easy and professional to work with. We had a really serious leak coming into our house due to an engineering fault when some additions were put onto the home years ago. He was very honest about the diagnostics and worked with us to find the best solution. In the end we chose to redo the entire roof and are very pleased with the results. His team worked quickly and professionally, and cleaned up our space nicely afterwards. I appreciated how transparent Jordan was about the issues and that he took the time to explain things clearly to us in a way that we understood. He had great communication throughout as well.
