First, I’d like to say the work they did was very good and Collin was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible.Unfortunately I would not recommend New Look to anyone, here’s why.I had a roof replaced and insurance covered it. While they were here installing the roof they drove over my septic lines multiple times without even asking where they were.Insurance sent two checks and both had to be endorsed by three parties including myself. By the time I got the checks and mailed them out the next day it took almost a month to get them back from the first company. I let Collin know I was sending it out to the second company and I was told to contact the office.Brittany answered in the office and proceeded to threaten me telling me the owner will put a lien on my house if it’s not paid by next week and was pretty rude about it even after I explained that it was something out of my control. I had to drive 4 hours to get the checks endorsed to get it paid the next week instead of just overnighting them.I don’t appreciate the threat or the rudeness and I was forthcoming with updates even when I wasn’t asked. I would not use this company if you have to mail out your insurance checks. God forbid the mail looses them you’ll end up with a lien on your property.

Called New Look Roofing for a roof quote and Colin came out right away. Price was very competitive and included better quality shingles, ridge vents and extra protection in the valleys.
