We cannot say enough positive things about Pure Roofing and the excellent experience we had with them installing our new roof and gutters!! Brandon was incredibly thorough and the most professional from start to finish! He was so helpful with shingles selection, explaining the process with the insurance company and all coordinated efforts. On the day of the roof install, Kevin and his crew were fantastic and the communication throughout the day was constant! Same with the gutter installers. Kudos to Mike for running such a great business and having wonderful employees! Cannot recommend this company enough!
I highly recommend Pure Roofing! They just replaced my roof and did an awesome job. Mike worked with me upfront to thoroughly understand the process, communicate with insurance, and make informed decisions about new roof type and color. During installation, the project manager (Kevin) provided regular status updates and pictures of the ongoing work. The crew were hard workers, working 13-15 hour days to ensure my roof was done in a timely manner (2.5 days). They took all necessary steps to protect my landscaping and did a thorough clean up job at the end of each day, and when work was complete. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience working with Pure Roofing!
Had some damage to our roof from the April 2nd Tornadoes. Colin with Pure Roofing took the time to inspect our roof the same day. Our insurance covered the replacement in full. The owner Mike along with Colin came back in person to discuss our package and brought sample shingles. 2 short weeks later we have an awesome new roof that looks amazing. Came across Pure Roofing Co after their Project Manager Trey noticed the emergency tarps on our roof from another company I had called.Trey immediately talked through my concerns and had us on their schedule in no time.Any follow up concerns were addressed timely and thoroughly.Trey is personable and professional and worked with our insurance company at every stage of the job to make sure we got every dollar we were eligible for.The crew arrived promptly the morning of the job and had the old roof off of the garage before I could wipe the crust out of my eyes.Cleanup was thorough and they even took some brush I had to cut down to provide access to the garage roof.The owner Mike, even stopped by to personally place their yard sign.The new roof looks great and was completed just in time for the barrage of winter weather we had.If you are in the market for a roofing contractor, give Pure Roofing Co a call, you won't be disappointed!
