We called Derek in a Panic due to snow and Ice and water leaking. He and his team showed up promptly at 7 am the next morning to help resolve the issue, and priced fairly. Gave me recommendations to help with future issues. Highly recommend!
This review is long overdue. The reason I’m writing it now is because I just recommended him for service to somebody else and it came to mind that he deserves this.We had dealt with a number of contractors in our home and unfortunately, it have gotten to the point where my husband didn’t even want anyone working on our house anymore. We just never picked the right companyThen came Derek Cook. I remember being impressed he simply showed up on time for the estimate. His estimate was definitely fair. On work day, they showed up on time. They completed the job in the amount of time they said they would. They cleaned up afterwards. His team was *very* professional and very respectful. My roof was perfect. The exterior foam board insulation was a unique project allowing my existing indoor cathedral ceiling tongue and groove boards to be exposed and insulated from the outside.Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Went beyond my expectations. Derek Cook's Roofing Specialists did a great job installing new shingles on our roof. I called Derek Cook early one morning, and he came by the very same day to look over our roofing needs. I felt very comfortable with Derek...he was very professional and personable, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. I received an estimate the same day. His crew was amazing...they worked together like "a well-oiled machine"!! Everything was straight and true, with clean trim lines and excellent workmanship. They also repaired a few problems from the original roofing.
