Pyramid Roofing is a fantastic business that treats their customers right and with respect! I got my roof done in Fall of 2025 and they did a great job and the workers were very polite and diligent with the cleanup.The whole time leading up to the actual job I dealt with Shawn directly and he was just amazing to coordinate with.I would recommend Pyramid to anybody with the highest of regard.
Shawn was easy to work with and his team was extremely efficient. They were in and out in one day for a fairly large roof, finishing earlier than they anticipated. The roof looks great!The price was competitive compared to the other quotes we received and Shawn answered all questions clearly. He wasn’t pushy which was a huge plus. Overall I’m very happy with the work that Shawn and his crew performed!
Pyramid Roofing did an excellent job repairing and installing new roofing on my home. The owner, Shawn, was always available and willing to answer any questions I had (even on weekends). He even recommended a great electrician to install my bathroom exhaust fan. His estimator, Chris, was also wonderful to work with. Both Shawn and Chris walked me through the whole process of what was needed. The crew arrived early and worked hard and efficiently the entire way through. The cleanup was amazing. Shawn’s team spent 14 hours in the blistering heat and did a fantastic job. The roof looks great and the cleanup in the dark was spotless. They came back early the next day and finished up. Shawn communicated at every step of the process. Highly recommend their work!
Shawn at Pyramid Roofing was not the cheapest for the top warranted lifetime roofing product. However in terms of catering to/meeting customer specific needs and responsiveness/turn-around time on communications and scheduling - was by far the best! In my case I wanted to get some gutter work done while they were doing the roofing. The others were either unable to do that also, were unresponsive, or had a sub-standard product/roofing warrantee.
