My story starts with being initially reluctant to listen to Liberte Construction after a hail storm went thru our neighborhood, thinking I would have to listen to a pushy salespeople. They recognized my hesitancy and politely accepted my decision and did not press me for a sale. A few weeks later, Ed Zouk saw me outside while he was in the neighborhood talking to other homeowners. He greeted me by name and said hello. Our conversation led to Ed explaining what Liberte Construction could offer and I agreed to listen. We ultimately had Ed and Liberte Construction replace our roof and gutters. I even had him do a bid for my son’s house and the roof and gutters were replaced there too. Both our houses were completed three weeks after we signed a contract, both mine and my son’s roof on the same day. I am pleased with Ed, the construction crew and Liberte Construction, including the office staff that helped answer many questions. They coordinated with my insurance company to handle my claim. My recommendation for Ed Zouk and Liberte Construction comes from 35 years of running a family business. Our roof was damaged by a hail storm so I contacted Dave initially and he set me up with Ed who walked me through the entire process and what to expect from submitting a claim, to the insurance adjuster coming out, to the actual roof take-down and replacement. I then met with Moe to go over specifics of shingles and installation, it couldn’t have been any smoother. The roof was done in a single day and Brad did a fantastic job ensuring there wasn’t any mess leftover when it was finished. I’d highly recommend this company!
