I called many construction companies for quotes for both my deck and roof, but Jordan (J.A. Kelly) was the quickest to respond, and was over to my house quickly to go over my requirements. He offered suggestions to me, and explained things in full detail. He gave me ideas on how i could work things into my budget, and the work got completed quickly, and effectively. He always kept in touch to keep me updated on updates/timelines. Although the work i needed would be a small project compared to others, he worked hard for my busniness. Overall, i could not be happier with the Jordan and J.A. Kelly, and would strongly recommend them.

I contacted Jordan at J.A. Kelly Contracting to get a quote for two outdoor patio decks for my rental unit. He promptly met with me and gave me a formal written quote (which was very fair and competitive) that very same day which we gladly accepted. When I went to him with questions regarding certain specs of the design, Jordan was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure to explain every little detail until I was comfortable with my choices. He went out of his way multiple times to accommodate last-minute things I wanted to add/change and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. They were able to complete an entire 10x14 deck in a single day and his dedicated team even worked in -18 degree Celsius temperatures to make sure both decks were completed before an oncoming snowstorm. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan and his team and would recommend them to anyone which is saying a lot because it takes a lot to impress me. If you want a project done correctly, at a reasonable & fair price, you can definitely trust J.A. Kelly Contracting.
