I struggled to find a company to respond to my calls and emails regarding my roof, let alone actually do the job. Kelly at preferred had fast, helpful, and friendly responses about all our roofing needs. She provided a quote extremely fast that covered exactly what we needed. When it came to the actual work, Rob and the team rolled up like an army. It took them only a day and a half to do the project from start to finish (and it was a BIG job) and they left the site like they had never even been there. Very happy to finally have our roof replaced!! I spent a lot of time researching and vetting various contractors and their products. Throughout this time I visited and spoke with Kelly at Preferred Roofing many times. She was always friend and highly knowledgeable on the CertainTeed products and program. She also assured me on all the little extras they provide including their well trained staff. At the end of the day Preferred Roofing completed the job as per their detailed quote and our conversations to the tee. Upon returning home after the job was completed, there was no sign anyone had been working on the property. Our new roof looks fantastic!! Thank you to the entire Preferred Roofing team!
