When I had a leaky front porch roof that another roofer tried and failed to fix, I called Pro Roofing to redo the roof. They showed up when they said they would and with so many workers that the job was done quickly and with minimal disruption, and most importantly, no more leaky roof. Because of this, when I needed the metal roof on my garage redone a few years later, I contacted Pro Roofing again, as well as getting quotes from three other roofing companies. The quote from Pro Roofing was similar to two of the three other quotes, (the third one being much higher), and I was finding it difficult to differentiate among them. Corey took the time to go through one of the other quotes with me and point out several issues with their detailed five-page small print contract that were not in the customer's favour. Pro Roofing did a great job on the garage roof, and upon completion, when I noticed a small issue where the new roof intersected with part of the old structure where water might get in, Corey came by to inspect it and had his crew back within a few days to address the issue. If and when I need to replace my next roof, I would definitely contact them first.
I had a roof emergency with a bit of a leak coming into my dining room. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I called and left a message and was called back within the half hour. They showed up a couple of hours later and fixed my roof. The guys explained what they were doing and why. I also had a phone conversation with the owner who also explained what was going on with the roof more in depth. These guys are very, very reliable, reasonable priced and extremely helpful. We did a total renovation on the outside of our house this year. Corey and crew did our roof in the early spring and returned to do the roof on the baby barn in the early fall.
