Thank you Belgrave! I had a leaky roof from the recent heavy rains. After trying to get help from several roofing companies for several weeks, and being left in the dust (honestly I believe the heavy rains made a lot of leaky roofs all over Montreal); Belgrave answered my call right away and came asap! I really appreciated their kind, patient service. They took their time to explain the process and were very honest. I am so thankful and appreciative that I can now put away my buckets! Brandon and his team - Excellent. Answered our many questions such as why shingles should have an underlayment. We chose IKO Dynasty shingles. The work was great. Careful professional and clean. Roofers experienced and skilled. Very ?? happy.
Reached out to Belgrave Roofing as we had been informed upon purchasing our house that the roof need to be redone. Brandon came by and did a close inspection of the roof and informed us that things were actually quite good, and unless we had any specific concerns (water leaks, etc...) he advised to give him a call in a couple of years for another check in. Brandon took the time to review and discuss things in detail--even had some good advice on the work on the deck that I had started! Would have been happy to go with Belgrave this summer, but thanks to their honesty it looks like we'll just have to wait a year or two...
