Spoke to James I believe, explained that my elderly neighbor needed her fallen rear roof gutter replaced and asked me to assist with finding someone to do it. He gave me a price quote based off the images I sent him, explained my options, and checked his schedule for availability. That was a Friday afternoon. Said he could squeeze me in the next day before noon. The guys he sent were there around. 10 something ready to work. They not only replaced the rear gutter, but also touched up the front that needed a bit of attention as well. Will see how things work out when we get a heavy rainfall one day, but just based on the service and prompt response to the need my neighbor had, we were both pleased.

James was incredibly quick to respond to my call. He came quickly to assess the roof issue that I had. He fixed the problem and recommended a new flat roof/gutter which I scheduled with him.
