We hired NY Roofing for a full flat roof replacement on our multifamily condominium historic landmark Park Slope building, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience.

I first heard about this company NY Roofing when my neighbor replaced his roof a few years ago he’s had zero leaks or issues since, so I knew who to call when I started having problems. I had a small but persistent leak near my roof hatch, and after trying multiple handymen and roofers, the issue always came back.

From the first appointment with NY Roofing, the experience felt different. Mike came out and spent over an hour doing a detailed inspection of the entire property. He explained that the metal roof hatch had been installed incorrectly and that there was missing insulation outside and throughout parts of the house, which was contributing to the problem.

We decided to move forward with a full flat roof replacement, new wood decking, and High Grade R30 Batt insulation in the crawlspace to improve energy efficiency.
