Twenty-five years later I started to see damage and I had to do a massive roof replacement. It was such a major expense that I interviewed and got bids from six companies. AMERICAN DREAM was not the cheapest bid. But the people at American Dream were professional and communicative, their contract was clear and didn't leave me guessing about hidden fees. They were fast, reliable, careful, and attentive. The end result? They built a beautiful new roof and gutter system. It looks great. And they cleaned the property. And I liked them so much I recommended them to my friends, who were also happy about choosing them. You will probably get lots of 'lowball' offers from shady companies. In the long run it is better to choose someone reliable like Joe.
Joe and his team replaced my roof in June and also completed interior work in the 3 bedrooms, due to roof damage. The guys did a very good job; he offered a good price, worked with the insurance company to process the claim and was very professional, friendly and personable throughout the entire process.The job was completed timely; they respected my property; interior personal effects and the clean-up was outstanding.
