He was quick to respond, came out the same week for the inspection, went over everything clearly including insurance options since it was storm related, and gave me a no nonsense fair price with nothing extra tacked on later.Justin the site manager took over once the job started and he kept things running perfect. The crew was on time every day, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves really well, and got the whole thing done faster than I expected. They used solid shingles that should handle Oklahoma weather no problem. I was really dreading getting our roof replaced thinking it would be a real hassle. I feel very fortunate to have found OKC roofing company. Tyler was wonderful to work with and we ended up not only getting the roof replaced but also the Gutters,Garage Doors,Flashing around the windows and window screens. Tyler stayed on top of everything making sure everything was done right and that we were happy. My husband and I have already told our family and friends about our experience with this company and highly recommend them.
Tyler inspected my roof and took the extra time to chalk everything he found, took pictures of everything and insisted to be present when my claim adjuster scheduled his inspection. Tyler is an awesome dude too and takes pride in his work and is very detail oriented and goes that extra mile to do things right the first time. I feel very fortunate to have him on my side to fight on my behalf. The full roof replacement went great. Severe weather was forecasted and he had two crews dedicated to get the installation completed ahead of the storm! And they did! They picked up the debris and made sure to leave my yard looking better than they found it, even picked up some prior tree/shrub clippings I had done and discarded them for me as well. OKC Roofers did an amazing job on my roof! They were quick and efficient with the work. They were also kind and helpful - when I walked out of my house to go to work, two of the men grabbed the tarp catching all the debris and pulled it back so I could walk on the sidewalk. Even with all that mess, not one piece of debris was left in my yard. Contact them about your new roof. You won’t be disappointed!
My experience with OKC Roofers was excellent! The process was made easy for me due to the way everything was communicated to me. Britton Miller was who helped me through the process of knowing each step as it came. He answered all my questions, stayed in touch with me and if I needed anything all I had to do was call or text him and he would get back with me right away.The day my house was scheduled to be done, the crew showed up at 7am and were finished including cleanup at 4pm that same day! Justin, the site manager, made sure things ran smooth. He was so kind and his crew did an amazing job! My roof looks fantastic and I want to thank OKC Roofers for the wonderful job they did!
