From beginning the project to the end result, everyone at Moose Roofing was attentive and accommodating with our every question and need. They were fast, efficient and thorough with the tear off of old roof and amazingly quick with the new installation. It looks so nice and professional and from the owner, Pat, to the rest of the crew, we were treated with courtesy and utmost respect. They went the extra mile. I had Michael with Moose Roofing come out to inspect my roof for damage before my deductible for hail and wind damage goes up 500% this Spring. He found three loose shingles on the edge of the South side from the derecho wind we had a couple years back and secured them without charge. Everything else looked good, especially considering my roof is ten years old. Michael was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call Moose Roofing and ask for Michael if I have storm damage in the future.
After experiencing great service before I owned my house with Moose Roofing (rented the house before buying), I call no one else. The multiple repairs of my roof I had done thru Chris West facilitating has been top notch. I trust Moose Roofing completely. All repairs are still holding fast, despite the other shingles around the repairs are now starting to blow off. Chris West is very professional and is easy to work with on the insurance claims. He and his fellow coworkers will go to bat for you!
Sean Michael from Moose roofing was so absolutely wonderful in helping me get my roof repaired from start to finish, he helped me tremendously with the process of approval, they always showed up, they are very good with following up, the crew that repaired the roof was amazing, they kept me informed with everything going on during the repair, they made sure everything was cleaned up, my roof that was outdated looks amazing, they did my gutters as well, after it was all done it was inspected a couple of times to ensure everything was done correctly, very much appreciated that….I am so happy and pleased with the work they have done. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm. They gave us a prompt estimate and worked with our insurance company. Moose roofing replaced our roof. They showed up when they said they would, they did a fantastic job removing the old and cleaning up. We were kept informed of any changes needed. They had to change all of the decking and some other repairs. The roof replacement was done much quicker than I expected. The quality of the work was outstanding. The crew were very polite and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! We would recommend them.
