Brown Roofing just did a full roof replacement on my home, including reroofing two sheds in my backyard. They also repaired a section of my patio roof where the wood was rotting. They even painted it for me.
Craig, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He is such a nice guy and very honest, even telling me I should get three estimates before making my decision. I was quite impressed by that. Debbie, the office manager, was very nice also. She took care of all the details and got me on the schedule quickly. Craig dropped off color samples of the shingles so I could get an accurate idea of the color I wanted.
Craig, Julio, and the crew were here bright and early on the start date. It was a three day job, and they worked hard and put in full days.They also cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Craig was here each day to check on the progress and go for any additional supplies. They did a fantastic job, and my new roof looks beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work, and the pricing was fair and reasonable in my opinion.

We probably had close to a dozen quotes for our re-roof, and Brown Roofing won the bid and smashed the project. Their pricing was competitive, but what really sold me was Jesse and his responsiveness. Roofs are probably the biggest project most homeowners will spend on, and his wherewithal to answer loads of questions, take random phone calls, and be accountable the entire project timeline was the difference maker. He was a man of his word the entire process, there were no surprises, the crew was polite, fast, and worked their butts off. Their clean up was thorough. I can't recommend Brown Roofing enough at this time.

I can’t rate Brown Roofing highly enough.

Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, explained all the considerations in plain, easy-to-understand terms, and (most importantly) gave me honest options.

His transparency and integrity immediately set Brown Roofing apart. While every other company insisted that a full roof replacement was the only solution, Jesse offered a targeted repair as a viable alternative to stop the leak and give us time to prepare for a full replacement down the line. The other guys were all very sales-heavy and each one pressured to sign and pay in full on the spot (like offering "discounts" that would expire once they left, or warning that the job would be delayed by 2-3 weeks if I didn't secure the "last spot" on the schedule). Jesse was the complete opposite. He wouldn't even take a deposit until they showed up to start work. To me, this spoke volumes about how he does business.

We ultimately decided on a full replacement, and even if Brown Roofing’s price had been higher than the other quotes (it was actually slightly lower), choosing them still would have been an easy decision.

The crew was fast, efficient, and professional, and the finished roof looks fantastic. The cleanup deserves special mention: it was absolutely immaculate. There wasn’t a single scrap of debris or stray nail left behind, which was very much appreciated.

Overall, this was as painless and stress-free as a full roof replacement can be. I enthusiastically recommend Brown Roofing to anyone looking for honest, excellent workmanship.

Brown Roofing completely redid our concrete tile roof on 08-09Oct2025. My wife and I are the original owners of our house and it was built in 1991. We had developed a leak and, at age 34, figured it was time for our roof to be replaced. I obtained three inspections and estimates/bids for the work, and the one from Brown was by far the most comprehensive and clearest. Craig was very up front about his work, and encouraged competing estimates. In the end, his was the best overall and we scheduled the work.

The roofing team was excellent and professional. They coordinated well with our needs to get to work and run errands, worked quickly, kept the work area clean as they worked, and left the work area neat and tidy at the end of the first day.

They completed the work in the early afternoon of day two (09OCt2025) which was an extremely timely completion, indeed. As they were wrapping up the last details and leaving the work area spotless, the rain began to fall. That weekend, our area experienced record rainfall for the month, with the city receiving something like 45% of the mean annual rainfall just from the 9th through the 13th. We were grateful to have a new roof and did not have a single leak.
