First, I want to say thank you. The finished roof looks great and I truly appreciate the work that was done. The installation itself turned out really well, and I’m grateful to have a new roof over our home.That said, as a first-time homeowner going through a roof replacement, the process in between signing and installation was confusing. I often received insurance estimates, which aren’t easy for a customer to understand, instead of a clear, detailed breakdown of costs from the company itself. For major repairs like this, transparency and clarity are really important, knowing exactly what you’re paying for helps homeowners make informed decisions and feel confident throughout the process.The quality of the roof is excellent. I hope the company considers providing more customer-friendly documentation and clearer communication during the process so others in my situation can feel supported and informed.

Shane, BJ, Christian and the enire crew went above and beyond working with my terrible and painfully slow home insurance company and me to make sure the job was done to satisfaction. Communication was wonderful and everything promised was delivered just as stated from delivery of the roofing materials to date of putting on the roof. All the staff at Phoenix Roofing were professional and friendly. The team that put my roof on were so effecient in making sure to cover around my front and back pourch and yard then cleaned so there was no debris anywhere when they left. The roofing team communicated every move and detail with me, paid extra attention around my cooler, repaired a section that was soft from the cooler and made sure we were satisfied before they left. The roof is beautiful after years of hail storms and wind. I would not hesitate to recommend Phoenix Roffing regardless where you live. I live in rual Verde Valley but you would think Phoenix Roofing was just down the street from me.
