We had used Interstate before about 11 years ago. We liked the work they did then. Also, our neighbor (who once reroofed her own house) used Interstate recently to reroof her current house. Interstate’s sales agent was very thorough when assessing our house to come up with an estimate. He was very knowledgeable. The work supervisor has been so helpful and detail-oriented. He fussed over every tiny aspect of the roofing job. Both the sales agent and supervisor patiently educated us about the details of roofing. The roofers, who spent several days on our roof, illustrated what a work ethic looks like - always on task. The back office worked hard to keep us informed about what to expect. The entire project was very well organized and orchestrated. Old-fashioned hard work, delivering the goods - restores one’s faith in the USA.
Interstate roofing replaced the roof on my home approx. 2 weeks ago. I was impressed by their professionalism, politeness, & attention to detail. Everything/everyone arrived on time as scheduled. Even the cleanup was spotless. I appreciated the frequent visits & updates by the project Superintendent Ken Griffin. Ken even took the time to personally manufacture an unusual width of flashing for above my living room bay window that required a specific angle, cutting, & bending. It undoubtedly took Ken a considerable amount of time to design & install however, it fit perfectly & the window looks great.Out of appreciation for the entire crew's hard work, especially during the hot weather, I provided a marker for each of them to sign the roof before the shingling was completed.Thank you Interstate Roofing for a great experience!
