Good service during installation. However, we noticed a problem during the winter and notified them in early January (possible water leak). It's now mid-August and they still haven't come to fix the problem/haven't given any updates since the end of May. We don't even have a scheduled date for the work.Edit: We finally got in touch with someone. It seems the case got stuck in limbo after the project manager left. We found a satisfactory solution. We'll wait for the work to be completed before commenting further.Edit: Still no work completed more than a year later, despite discussions and their confirmation that there was a problem.

I contacted Alpha Roofing because of their excellent Google reviews. I'm not disappointed at all and extremely satisfied. I called three other companies before finding them. The others told me my entire roof needed replacing; some said they would come, but never showed up, and so on. I had a vent on my roof that needed sealing. Even though it was a "small job," Alpha Roofing came, took my case seriously, and exceeded my expectations. They repaired and sealed my vent, clearly explaining why it was leaking—it had been installed upside down. They also noticed a defect in something else on the roof (I can't remember the name) and suggested I replace it before I had any problems. Since I sold my house and the inspector included this in his report to be addressed for the new buyers, I needed a reliable, honest, and professional team that took my case seriously. I feel confident that our new buyers will be well protected thanks to the work Alpha has done at my home. A special mention to Jean-Philippe and Donald, thank you so much, I will recommend you to everyone! We are 100% satisfied.
