Difficult communication. Extra costs despite clear initial explications of the work wanted. No follow-up on problems until months later. They wanted payment before checking that the work was properly done. Overall, I think the work was properly done, but the communication was so problematic for a respectable company and there was never a clear acknowledgement of that. Problem was resolved only a year later.
