Between 2007 and 2025, we had all of our previously owned properties roofs recovered by Marcos team. This was five rental properties (Red Deer at Dixon Crescent, Abel Close, Lord Close, Davison Drive and Calgary at 16 A Street NW). Plus our primary residence in Oriole Park, Red Deer. Every single job was completed on budget, on time and with first class service.
We have relied on them ever since our house was built. The customer service went above and beyond and thank you seems petty for all they have done for us. A fantastic company and staff that were here on short notice and despite the encountered weather fixed our problem and various problems thru the years. Highly recommended for fixes . Prompt and accurate. Thank you.
Had our house roof done & we were very pleased with everything. Have had no issues. Would definitely use Goodmen again.
So their roofers came out and took quite a while to get the job done.When they left, they did not correctly or even try to install our fire pipe and stove back.So that we can use it during the winter.It has been one year and they have not fixed it.The other thing is, they did our garage roof and left all of the flashing, or the stuff that goes under the overhang of the roof incomplete. Nothing was put back as it was before they got here.And i'm not happy about this.Here we are one year later, and they have not fixed it.So here I am, leaving a terrible review.So for 1 year, there has been moisture and air getting through there.Probably ruining the garage.We have been unable to have a fire.Even in the coldest months, because the fireplace is unusable.I am not sure what they did or how they did it.But I am not happy at all.Spoke to a feller on the phone, and he said that I can deal with it myself.And to let him know how it goes.Well, i've been unable to fix any of the stuff that was not dealt with while the roofers were here.And we keep finding roofing nails in our tires.Not happy at all.
