I was fortunate enough to win the auction, which saved me a few thousand dollars on the shingle replacement that my house was going to need anyway. Win/win/win.Joe Fackrell was an excellent sales rep. He helped me understand the different options, and didn't pressure me at all. I took my time to do my own research and realized that the upgraded option does actually tend to extend the life of roofs and is supported by research and building standards bodies, so I chose that option. My roof is big enough that I still had to pay more than the donation covered, but that was what I expected, and the prices from Olympus are very fair from what I can tell.Dakotah and his crew worked quickly when the day came, and did as good a job as anyone could hope for at cleaning up the mess. The crew was attentive and polite. When we were backing out of the garage they came over with a magnet to make sure no nails were on the ground, without being asked.Communication-wise there was a small hiccup where my case got assigned to the wrong person and I fell through the cracks for a little bit. But once that was fixed, they did a great job of sending text messages to keep me updated on progress. Overall I'm very happy with the smooth process, and I look forward to our solid and nice-looking roof lasting for many years.

This all started with him and he was a superstar from day one: answered a million questions, brought samples (multiple times - we were indecisive), tracked down finished photos of the colors and styles we liked, broke down every option clearly, and stayed flexible the whole time. No high pressure, just well-informed great guidance, and that’s what made choosing Olympus easy.Our house is older and the old roof was a mess (leaks, ugly pipe jacks, and even vents that went to nowhere). Olympus fixed it all, and now everything looks sharp and properly done.Tanner (project manager) communicated well and kept things on track. The crew was massive and crazy efficient. They knocked it out fast, essentially a one-day install with just very minor cleanup the next day, and it was honestly impressive to watch.We’re especially glad we went with Olympus because their warranty gave us real peace of mind (and it beat everyone else we talked to).
