Honest, great job, very professional, excellent materials. Previous bidder told us we needed edge vents. ShinglePro checked the soffit and it was working so we didn't need the edge vents which saved us $800. Clean up was superb. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend!! Deserves 6 stars.
Jason, the owner of Shingle pro, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He has been in the business for over 30 years and is very detail oriented and communicates well. He was very helpful in making the shingles selection and walking us through the various aspects of the job. I wanted to use someone who had a lot of experience and excellent reviews. My job was more difficult because of skylights, multiple different roof surfaces, and a large home of over 9000 ft.². Camilo and his crew were extremely professional, skilled and very good with cleaning up after each day and at the end of the project. I could not be happier with the appearance of the roof. They did an amazing job. We used the Certainteed Presidential Shake TL. It is an attractive roof with high definition. I would recommend Jason and Shingle pro roofing without hesitation. They did an excellent job.
Great customer experience from beginning to end. Sales thoroughly explained product options including ways to make the new roof work better than the previous with improved venting to keep the attic (and house) cooler. The on site project foreman and his crew were friendly and accommodating of unique needs to work around things on site and take care to prevent damage in a work process that can create a lot of mess when tearing off an old roof. The new roof looks great and it’s nice to have a new roof that will quite possibly have a longer life expectancy than myself. I also appreciated a thorough final inspection by management that covered the work completed, clean up and a minor repair before taking the check for final work completion. Also… the down payment to start work was around 5% of the total cost. I didn’t have to assume a lot of risk of contractor non-performance because they didn’t take a check for 95% of the cost of the roof replacement until the job was DONE. I really liked the security of work performance that provided.
Shingle Pro was great to work with. Jason and Kim were super easy to communicate with for scheduling. Miguel and the rest of the crew were friendly and professional. They made sure everything was done right, but also made sure everything turned out the way I wanted it to in terms of look and feel. My project had some difficult elements- the new roof joins two older buildings together, where the underlying framing didn't line up perfectly. SP took the time to make sure that transition was blended seamlessly- you can't even tell where one building ends and the other begins. Their gutter guy also does great work- single piece 51' gutters, rolled on site, no seams! Roof has a 50 year warranty, so I doubt I'll ever need another one... but if I do, I'm calling Shingle Pro.
