After a long stretch of severe weather with heavy rain and freezing temperatures, Michelle came out to inspect my roof. Years of storms had taken a toll, and it was clear the roof needed to be replaced. Frank and his team went above and and beyond by working directly with my insurance company. They handled the claim, found some missing items on the report, and helped make the process much less stressful for us. Shield Roofing is GAF certified, which I learned is "given to only a small percentage of roofing contractors nationwide." That gave us even more confidence in their work. Despite the tough weather conditions, Frank’s skilled crew replaced the entire roof in less than one day. The finished result looks absolutely beautiful. Shield Roofing did a great job with my roof replacement. I had received damage from hail storm earlier this year. Trey happened to be in the neighborhood and offered to look at the roof. While there was damage and it needed to be replaced, it there was any immediate concerns of a leak, which was good. Shield was ready to go, but I had to wait for my patio company, insurance company, and HOA. Once everything was in order and we had a day scheduled, Shield completed the work within a single day. I'm happy with the quality of the work, the cleanup, and the no pressure while I waited for the last insurance payment. Thanks to Trey for guiding me through the process and to Frank for promptly getting me the invoices on the back end.
