During my time at this home I have had the roof replaced 3 times and was very stressed after the latest and greatest hail storm. When Adam came out to assess the roof and determine the damage and potential costs, he was extremely professional and friendly - put my mind at ease. Kassi at the office answered all my questions in a timely fashion and Chandler came out to ensure the work was done to his satisfaction as the owner. Chris was an incredible guide throughout the entire process from A to Z and everything in between. I could not ask for a smoother and more reliable process; the expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge were on clear display from the beginning. The shingles crew were incredibly quick and proficient but more than that they were considerate and regularly went above and beyond. It’s been a pleasure working with Chris and Kassi on our calgary home. I wish I just found them sooner. They helped also coordinate new placement for vents with an solar company I was working with. I had also paid a third party inspect their crews work and everything turned out very smooth and high quality. We replaced house/ garage roof with high quality malarkey shingles, and changed 1 1/2 sides of the house vinyl and soft metals. They are organized and that’s what you need from a company.
First of all,Kassi in the office was amazing and so helpful, it was easy for me! Chandler runs a great business and he got us in really fast! Now the crew that came to do the work we're so fast and efficient! Also great to talk to and answer my questions with a smile! The roof looks amazing and it's a big worry off my mind!
Absolutely thrilled with SW roofing! Their team re-sided our home and made it look amazing and at a price competitive with all other company's. Chandler did up our quote and really took his time with us to make sure we were happy, even offered cost saving tips that when he could have easily pushed their product. Peter, our installer, was outstanding as well!!! Finished project in a timely manner and really put in the extra time to ensure that the project was done properly! So unbelievably happy with our purchase and even more so with the results! 10/10 would recommend!
