Terrible. Delt with Garson and he was great up to when the job started. Was agreed that as they do the job if any underlying issues needed to be address they would call and see if I would like to have them fixed. They just threw shingles on as fast as possible, didn't reset grommets on roof pass throughs and did not question low spots in roof. After job was done there is noticeable low spots and they now want to charge to remove shingles and to repair, verses doing it while the shingles were off like was agreed on. To boot, Garson was no longer in Sioux Falls anymore when the job was done and sent someone else out that had 100 excuses.
Gabe redid our roof after the last set of bad weather. He worked with our insurance and talked us through everything. It was a great experience!
McCoy did my mom’s gutters and installed gutter guards. Not only do they look great but the gutter guards do their job. Her gutters do not need to get cleaned up twice a year like before installation!

We called McCoy Roofing about 10 days ago because we were frustrated with another contractor. Chase called and was at our home within an hour. He was prompt quick efficient And answered every question we had. Today we have a new roof and new gutters and we are so happy with the work McCoy roofing did. The crew was clean and respectful. Their work is top notch and even the gutters look amazing. I would recommend McCoy Roofing in the Sioux Falls area and make sure to get Chase. He will go above and beyond for you.
