Right before Thanksgiving, I reached out about a possible roof repair. Will came out the same day despite bad weather moving in. He climbed up, assessed the situation, and took care of what needed to be done so my roof would be protected before winter hit. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. I'm very grateful to have come across someone who was so honest and genuinely kind and I truly appreciate it. Two night ago in that wind storm we lost a section of shingles on the roof. My husband submitted a work request online and we got a response first thing in the morning. The owner said he would have Thomas contact me and very soon after Thomas called me up. He informed me that he would come take a look at our house in the afternoon. Thomas is a solid guy. He took a sample of our shingle found a match and was able to do the repair the same day! He also helped to tighten up the area around our damaged shingles. When he was all done he came and gave us an assessment of what he saw on the roof and some potential areas of concern that we want to check out once spring hits. So grateful to have peace of mind with the speedy repair and his expert advice. Such a pleasant company to work with.
We noticed a few roofs in our neighborhood being replaced recently and decided to ask the contractor what was going on. Scott told us about recent storm damage and offered to come look at our roof that afternoon. He said there was damage and we had enough to make an insurance claim. After filing the claim, Scott and my insurance adjuster took it from there. We’ve been in this house 2 years and some of the damage was before our time, but Scott was able to review the damage and look at known storms through the area in the recent past. Our insurance (USAA) covered the roof, gutters, and a garage door. Scott got us on the schedule and we had a new roof and gutters on our home within 30 days of meeting him. Roof was removed and replaced in one day, even before I got home from work! No mess left behind a little to show they were even there at all, besides the new roof and gutters. Very impressed with Scott and the company. Would highly recommend them, and have!
We were not looking forward to the mess and craziness of having to put on a new roof and gutters. Austin was easy to talk to and explained in detail the products his company uses. He made sure we we comfortable with our choices and voiced his expert advice on the best look for our home. Austin and His crew were very efficient, polite and respectful of our property the two days they were here. This crew is a very hardworking group! Everything was completely picked up and all debris from this project hauled away. Austin has also been very helpful with contacting our insurance company when they needed information or questions answered. Premier Systems is an excellent company and we highly recommend them!
