I thought that we had a great company replace our roof. However we have had several issues now and they refuse to come out and fix it even though its under warranty. The first storm after they had to come replace shingles no big deal they came out. Now this time they are refusing to take care of it and there is water running inside our kitchen causing more damage because they will not fix it. I feel since they wont fix this issue I will warn others.
When our roof was done by Wagner thought they did great until we started having issues. We have been trying for months to get leaks fixed. All I keep hearing is they will be there and nobody shows up to fix it. Now I have damage on the inside of the house and Wagner is not even trying to make an attempt to fix our leak!

Tiffany went over and above the standard to make sure our neighborhood was clean and to send us update photos during roof install while we were at work!! ?????? I purchased a home in the fall of 2023 that needed a lot of work. The roof was a major thing on the list, but it was a 1/12 roof pitch and covered in old and repatched tar and pebble. I got the run-around from many roofers quoting the job with winter fast approaching. From the beginning, Grant Brockey with Wegner was on time, organized, thorough, and confident the job would be done right. Over 28,000 pounds of rock and junk material was removed from my roof and replaced with an amazing modified bitumen roof. The job was perfectly timed for optimal install temps, looked amazing completed, and stayed on budget as quoted. Soon after, rain poured and froze, then snow fell and I had no worries. As a single mom, this decision weighed heavily on me and I certainly made the right choice.
We had Wegner Roofing first install a new roof after we had damage from a bad storm. Noah Sanderson was our prime contact with the company. He was key in identifying the actual significant damage caused by the storm to our insurance adjuster. He worked with us to get what we should receive in payments from our insurance company. The roof turned out fantastic!Later this year, we decided to work toward making our home more energy efficient. Noah Sanderson was our key contact with Wegner Roofing and Solar. He pointed out that we should first look at having our attic properly insulated. We agreed. Noah went out of his way to help us find a local contractor to do the work. He made a few visits with my wife and I to then consider installing solar panels on our roof plus a battery to give us the best return on the solar installation. The panels are up and we are awaiting the electrical contractor to complete his work.We are so happy with Noah’s professionalism and willingness to help us by providing all the information we need to make the best decisions for us.
