We had a great experience with Woods on our roof project. From a transparent estimate process to clear explanations of any scope changes, they kept us informed throughout. They finished on schedule and didn't hesitate to come back when we had a lingering concern — tackling it carefully and thoroughly. You can tell they stand behind their work.
We had Woods replace our shingles on our 20 year old roof after many hail storms and insurance not wanting to cover any damage. Matt Woods was our salesperson and Chad was the supervisor of his crew. The price we paid was good and the crew was very careful around our landscaping. Would reccomend them to anybody. The work was done in the time slot we asked for and there was no mess when they completed the job.
The Woods Roofing crew was prompt and very careful in removing the shingles and cleaning up after the roofing job was completed. Before and during the shingling process they followed up with us to make sure they answered all of our questions and took pictures of the roof if they noticed any areas in question that may needed additional repair. They communicated to us during the whole process and made sure we we aware of any issues that needed to be fixed. They were very careful not to damage the gutter guards and the downspouts on the house. They were careful as if this was the only job that they needed to do and were making sure it was done right the first time! Great Job !!!!
My shingles and paint were OLD (both over 20 years old) and testing showed lead paint underneath. I discovered holes in my eave overhang. And my old gutters were falling off.I had Woods out to repair the holes in the eaves and install new shingles. They removed & replaced the old siding as it was easier & cheaper than removing lead and repainting the existing siding. They installed soffits & fascia boards & new gutters including leaf guards. They also updated my detached garage.They did an amazing job! They cleaned up the site every day before they left; tarping tools & materials as needed. They made sure to keep my sidewalks clear at all times for my neighbors. They enjoyed their work. I could hear them laughing and joking with each other while they worked. And they worked hard!
