After a recent wind storm, I was in a tough situation with a lot of damage on my roof. Fort Property came right away and helped me prevent any further damage inside the house until we can get a final fix completed. The guys are very knowledgeable and helped me understand the roofing system and ventilation. We’ll 100% be using them for our new roof once insurance is finalized.

Great experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and had everything started and completed in one day. Clean-up was excellent, you wouldn’t even know a roof was done here except for the new shingles. It was worth the wait to go with a well-known, established company rather than a one-off ones that are around lately. Professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. I’d recommend this company to any of my friends without hesitation.
Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. The crew worked incredibly hard all day, even in not-so-great weather, and cleaned up everything outside before leaving. I watched the whole process and was very impressed. I waited to leave this review until after a major windstorm, and after 145 km/hr winds this week, it’s safe to say the roof was truly put to the test and passed with flying colours. Awesome job.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend Fort Property for the same reasons another reviewer gave around communication. Near the end of July/mid August prior to the we reached out to Fort Property after another roofing company ghosted us to get our roof replaced. We explained that our roof is a bit of a weird one cause it’s old metal and a split level but the person we spoke with was amazing and asked for our availability in September. We let her know we had a trip mid September but happy to have somebody home cause we needed this done this season and we agreed to have it done after the trip.Fast forward to end of September/beginning of October we heard from the company that there were delays due to the fires plus other weather delays and work would be mid October which was totally understandable. We’ve had no communication since even when requesting updates and after wecompleted applying for financing, during that fall time communication we did tell them we got a letter from insurance that we needed the roof replaced before December 12th. It’s now December 10th with no communication and our roof the same as it was in July as well as us left in a very tight corner to figure out insurance despite best efforts to get the roof fixed. We completely understand weather delays and our roof being a pain in the butt but any communication would have been greatly appreciated.I’ll happily update my review if Fort Property completes the work or provides an update to us on timing.
