Kyle did a walk through with us before and after construction so we both knew exactly what was required and what we were getting. We live close to Bay Roberts and Rydel Roofing was the only company that actually got back to us to service our area, and we’re so glad they did! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and kept us updated with progress pictures throughout the job.They repaired our broken roof, added proper ventilation, and installed gutters on both roofs and all within a week and a bit!The work was done efficiently and to a really high standard. We couldn’t be happier with the results.We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again when it’s time to replace our other roof in a few years. Highly recommend!
My experience with Rydel Roofing was excellent from start to finish. Rydel was the only company to quickly return my quote request email. I was prepared to meet with Jackson just to get a ballpark idea on what a metal roof might cost, but Jackson's knowledge and excitement about the product sold me on booking that day (you'll save money by booking the same day as your consult). I chose the standing seam roof in Charcoal. There was no wait time on that product and I had my new roof on within three weeks of our initial meeting. Adam and his installation team were very respectful, listened to and completed my design request, and my new roof was complete in three days (one day for removal). They sent a clean up crew right away when I noticed a few errant nails/metal bits.I was honestly hoping that I would be able to hear the rain more than I can, it is a very quiet roof if you have good insulation.The roof cost was more than twice what I was quoted for a shingle roof, but it should last me at least twice as long (30 year Rydel guarantee/50 year expected lifetime quarantee). It looks wonderful and will add value and curb appeal to my home.
