Had a roof leak that led to water damage. Melanie from their office was great. She was pleasant and got someone out as soon as possible. Matthew was the project manager they sent out and he was great as well. During his inspection he cleaned up some areas of the roof and caulked our chimney collar as a band-aid until we can get other work done. Turns out the work that needs to be done will have to be done by an HVAC shop so STL Residential didn’t end up bidding the job (chimney chase cover leak). Matthew sent me all of the pictures he took and gave me a couple recommendations to do the work. When I asked what I owe for the inspection, cleanup, and caulking he said don’t worry about it. Truly a company that cares about people and helping during a stressful situation. Will send future roof work their way.
Rob's team did an excellent job on our townhouse building. These guys are amazingly fast, clean up as they go and then a very thorough clean up at the end. They are incredibly respectful of owners' property. Our HOA has used them on five buildings so far, with one more to go before we start replacing the garage roofs. I wouldn't even look elsewhere for a roofer, these guys are that good. I liken it to watching an ant farm when they work. They are a very choreographed and hard working team and the results are impressive. We've watched a couple of the buildings outside of our HOA get their roofs replaced by other vendors. They couldn't hold a candle to Rob's guys. Stop your searching and give Rob a call, he's very responsive and an all around good human!!
Excellent work and attention to detail. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up everything when doing the tear down. After the hailstorm in our neighborhood many neighbors had other crews come in and had issues and rework of poor carpentry. They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
So impressed with this company! Matthew came out and assessed our roof. So professional and nice. Told me he did not see any issues at this time, but asked i keep his card if I ever have any problems. Better believe I will!
