I live in a townhome community where our HOA comprises 5 units with each unit made up of 4-5 single family dwellings. Built in 2007 many had developed leaks needing repair. No shortcuts with every detail done to the highest industry standards. The care taken to protect the building exterior and landscaping is above and beyond. All debris is removed and the site is clean at the end of each work day. Interactions with the site foreman and installers is polite and respectful with any concerns addressed in real time as work progresses.I always weigh pro's and con's in any service provider review but at this point can't find a single con worth mentioning. Our HOA business relationship with SLRC will continue on to the next phase, replacing detached garage roofs and that commitment speaks for itself. A great team to work with on our roof replacement-- excellent communication and a really efficient process all around. I received a proposal quickly and everyone I worked with was super responsive with questions I had throughout the process. The crew doing the roof replacement was skilled at working with an older building and were able to navigate issues and communicate them to me in a way I felt confident about. End result looks fabulous and has held up great to heavy spring rainy. Highly recommend.

St. Louis Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Located in Kirkwood they gave us a range of quality options, we settled on an architectural shingle with a lot of durability. The hail storm (2024) damaged many roofs in our neighborhood but ours had virtually no damage. Great products and install. What I appreciated most is that they have stayed with us and our on-going renovation project. They ensured new gutters and diverters were installed rapidly and properly after new siding completion and coordinated well with all of our subcontractors.Fantastic staff and company, highly recommend.
