We've hired Til-Ka to do a number of jobs at our house over the past three years - some new windows, capping exposed wooden trim, painting wooden siding, and fixing a concrete retaining wall that was falling apart. Competitive price, super professional, excellent work. I've had a few sets of windows replaced over the years. The most recent job required extra finishing work on the bay window. They fixed the rotten sill at no extra charge and the crew came back until the job was done. I also appreciated getting regular updates so that I knew they were coming back.
Upgrades desperately needed & definitely worth it. It feels like I’m in a brand new house. Many compliments from people in the neighborhood. Rigid foam insulation under the new siding, as well as new windows is already saving on heating costs.I would recommend Til-Ka Construction to anyone needing work done on their home.
