Re-Siding our house and putting a metal roof on it was a huge decision. We checked out different companies and chose Thunder Bay. Steven Friedman, President and Co-Founder of Thunder Bay, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He appreciated it when we asked questions and encouraged them.Our house was an old 1930’s Cape, in very tired condition. We wanted a “cottage” look and that’s what we got! It’s a brand new house!Steven always got right back us immediately if we had a question or concern. He came to the work site often to check on the progress and make sure we were happy.He has different work crews for different parts of the installations, (siding, roofing, metal roofs, etc.) who are experts installers in those particular areas. This made the project go seamlessly.The final payment wasn’t due until Steven, my husband, and myself inspected all of the work and approved it. To check on the metal roof installation he sent up a drone and took pictures.I recommend Thunder Bay whole heartedly. Their honesty, integrity, and open communication made this amazing transformation worry free. I still smile when I pull into our driveway!
