Honestly, Triad did an exceptional job on our replacement roof. Jason had been at our home helping us troubleshoot problems left by a different company on two separate occasions. The customer service at the office (we dealt with Kaelah mostly) was fantastic. She sent multiple photos to me for my insurance company without hesitation. The workers doing the job at the house were funny, respectful, and appeared to really enjoy what they do. Tom is very kind, knowledgeable, and I really liked that he took the time to explain the photos he took from the roof. The roof estimate was done very quickly for us and at a good price. Triad rearranged their schedule to help me as my roof began to leak again. They have gone above and beyond any expectation I could have imagined. They used a magnet to clean up the left over nails even! Ha! Thank you Triad! If you want to deal with a company who truly cares about their customers, call Triad. It definitely meant the world to us to have such an amazing crew around us who genuinely wanted to help!
Pretty happy with the service, price and workmanship from Triad. They recently installed new shingles on my home. There was a minor issue when it came time to pay the bill using a credit card. It seems they’ve set a policy to limit use of a credit card for payment to $5000. Unfortunately it wasn’t communicated nor was it written on the contract or their website. For this reason, they agreed to honor my full payment by credit card. All workers and staff were professional and they clearly worked hard to provide good service from start to finish. Would recommend.
