Im a retired Air Force veteran and recently had a bad leak in my roof, which I was unable to repair by myself. I called IBex Roof to come look at how bad my roof had gotten, it was pretty rough they had to replace about a third of the boards, IBex removed and installed my new roof in a few days with gutters before the rain and ice hit. Thank you guys again for the expedited repairs and quality work on my home, also adding the before and after photos to see the difference.

Very impressed. Very professional.From the very beginning of this process, to the very end of this process, we had a point of contact checking on us, making sure that the install and clean up were completed to our satisfaction.Very punctual. Crew showed up at 7:45, to begin work at 8:00 a.m.. they worked until 6:00 p.m. The first day. The second day they showed up and were completed with the job by noon.We had our roof on the house, and on the garage replaced. The crew that they brought in was very respectful, very organized. We had them remove an old smokestack from the house, and remove and replace some old rotted plywood. Cannot say enough good things about this organization.Beginning with the estimator that came out the first day to the crew to the project manager, every one of them was on top of their game.
We needed to have our roof replaced, as well as our gutters, downspouts, and skylights. This job also included a tear off. This was a very large job, and one that we wanted to last for our lifetime, as well as any owner we may sell to during the warranty. We found that, and more with IBEX Roof!The four roofers that came out on time every day were so wonderful and hard working. I have had a professional team put on a roof for me on another home, so I am able to compare apples for apples. There is no comparison. This team was respectful, well spoken and I never heard any profanity. I can't say that of my other experience. Any questions I asked were answered and they would call and find out if they didn't know, not once acting exasperated. I put them to the test!Donovan and his team were just great and I would welcome them to my home any time. Oh, I did!The roof itself is absolutely beautiful! The materials are top of the line. Malarkey Vista is an amazing product that we are confident will last our lifetime, and whoever takes on our home.I am very confident about leaving a 5 star review and recommending IBEX Roof to anyone who is considering the very best roof for their families home.This entire project took a little less than 5 days. I was very impressed. Cailen did the final inspection and found our Vent fan hood broken. Not knowing when or how it was cracked he taped it and said he would have it replaced for us. I could go on, but suffice it to say, again, I highly recommend IBEX Roof and would buy from them again...but I won't need to lol
