The crew worked very hard and I was impressed. After tear off on day one the yard and driveway was left super clean. Had a great experience with JCR. We spoke with several companies and the fact that JCR is a small, family-owned and run operation meant lower overhead and reasonable costs. Even though we faced weather delays in the early spring, as soon as they could get to work, they did. They replaced our poorly-maintained and damaged tile roof and created a clean look by adding additional bird boxes for proper ventilation. They were also able to add vents for our bathrooms which had none. It was a lot of labor and they made sure to get everything completed as promised. If I had any questions or concerns, they were promptly addressed.
