Northwest Roof Maintenance has cared for our roof for the past 3 years. They did the annual maintenence as well as replacing shingles from storm damage. We trusted them to do our roof replacement. They provided a quote with a couple options to choose from with no pressure. They answered our questions and clearly communicated the next steps for payments and scheduling. The roofers were Pablo, Miguel, Marlin and Matt. They were professional, respectful and did a great job communicating the timeliness and the plans for the next day. They cleaned up around the house and neighbors for any debris. We watched them walk the driveway to ensure they didn't miss any nails. Highly recommend!
Our roof was completely cooked so we ended up needing a total new roof installation, including the teardown. Our team had Pablo, Matt, Marlon, and Miguel. These guys were fantastic. The roof looks super clean and they did it well inside the two day time period that was promised. We do a lot of gardening and I had just put hundreds of tulip bulbs in the front bed and new hydrangeas and everything, but they tiptoe through the beds when they had to and covered everything with netting, being as careful as possible like it was their own garden. At one point, I even overheard one of the guys saying that he was disappointed in the quality of a couple of shingles that had come in the pack and was refusing to use them. This inspires a lot of confidence. I’ve been on enough construction sites to know that the worst part is the condition of the property after the job is done. I know you’re never going to get every single little thing, but these guys did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards although I’m sure anyone’s mind would’ve been on getting home and getting some food at that point. They were punctual, clean, polite, friendly, and mindful of our kids and our dog (shutting gates, etc.) Great communication from this crew as well. Highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend Northwest Roof Maintenance. I would like to especially thank Angelo for the fine job he did cleaning our roof, removing debris from our gutter shields, making sure our canopies were free of debris and doing a great job on cleanup by leaving our landscaping just as it was. He is a hard-working young man who is highly dedicated to doing an excellent job on one’s home. We do appreciate the professionalism and certainly will use Northwest Roof Maintenance every year for our roofs.
I called for a quote less than a week ago and they came out today to do the job was very efficient and fast. The technicians who came out Tanner & Joey were superb very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all the questions we had throughout and made sure before they left the roof and property was completely clean. We truly appreciate they took the extra time to clean we have 3 kiddos. Would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
