We called Arise Roofing to enquire about having someone come out to investigate a leak we discovered . We left a phone message & had an immediate response. The next day Dan came out & inspected our 7 year old roof. He determined the problem was 2 faulty installed vents. He came the next day, on time & replaced the vents. We had planned a skylight tunnel, but once on site they identified a truss spacing issue and clearly explained why it couldn’t be done properly. Instead of pushing the install, they made the right call, safely closed and padded the opening, and completed the roofing work cleanly.Really appreciate their transparency and technical judgment.
