Great experience, showed up early, two men and co-owner. Recognized problem, explained to me the issue and how to resolve and prevent from future problems. Kept repairs to a minimum. Co-owner stay for the whole job and made sure all was done properly and all cleaned up. Very satisfied and confident in the work provided. Would easily recommend them to friends and neighbors. When I'd brought up an issue where I didn't understand part of the install process they were able to explain it quickly, and were super helpful. Our new roof, venting, and flashing look wonderful and they cleaned everything up nicely.

I called the company and Jeremy came out ..he asked to go into the attic..from that moment I was sold. My roof had multiple leaks as well as a leak into my fireplace. Jeremy looked at the flashing and made recommendations for that repair as well.After talking with Jeremy I knew that this was the company to go with.I originally called another roofing company but thought it would be best to get another opinion. Im glad I did.I would highly recommend this company. They came out and repaired my roof .Jeremy took the time to access my roof, from inside the attic and then he went onto the roof. However, what really impressed me is Best Roofing's ability to tackle uncommon challenges.I came to Best Roofing Company for a roof replacement, but we also had a very specific problem we needed fixed. We have a gambrel room with flat dormers, meaning, when it rained, our upstairs windows and sills were virtually unprotected (even with rain diverters in place). The beating on the window sills was extremely annoying, hard to sleep through, and we wanted it solved. I explained this to three other roofing companies who admitted there was little they could do. Best Roofing Company was the only one who guarenteed they would find a solution. They even told us that this would be a great opportunity to show they could take on unique roofing projects.When the issue was not initially resolved, they came back to my house on three separate occasions, extending the rain diverters and eventually installing drip edges, which created a "mini gutter" that signficaintly helped. Their persistance and ingenuity on this project was amazing, and I am in incredibly grateful for their willingness to try again and again until they found something that worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
