Reitzel Home Improvement just finished my windows on Friday. They were awesome. I found the company through neighbor recommendations. They were respectful of my home, the manager checked in with me every day, their cleanup was thorough, and they guarantee the windows and their work for 2 years. I see their signs all over the neighborhood.In addition to replacing two sliding glass doors that were leaking, they made sure the installation fully addressed the underlying water issue so we won’t have the same problem again. They also fixed my gutter and repaired a roof leak that the owner proactively pointed out while we were reviewing the door project. I truly appreciated that attention to detail — they caught something I hadn’t even noticed and took care of it before it became a bigger problem.It’s clear why so many people in our area recommend them. I observed Reitzel installing a roof on my neighbor’s house and was very impressed with the crew’s workmanship. After conversing with the neighbor a month or so after completion I discovered that they were very satisfied. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to replace the roof, to add a section of guttering, to install attic ventilation and replace the window shutters. I was able to schedule an appointment with in two or three days with Marc Reitzel. Marc was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went into great detail on how they would install the roof and the benefits of installing it in such a manner. The survey took about one and half hours and when he left I had an emailed proposal. My wife and I decided to accept the proposal and Marc was able to schedule the install with in three weeks. Alan Solot and his crew arrived on time and completed the job with in the promised period of time. Alan was a good team leader, skillful and very knowledgeable. His crew was hard working, very productive and skilled. The team took great care at the end of each day to clean up debris, true professionals! We highly recommend Reitzel!
We had our roof replaced by Reitzel Roofing. We noticed ceiling stains and called several companies. Jacob from Reitzel came out & conducted a thorough inspection of our roof, taking many pictures. Due to the age & number of repairs, he suggested replacement over repair. He was knowledgeable & passionate, had material samples & explained the process & platinum upgrade. Despite receiving a lower estimate elsewhere, we went with Reitzel because of Jacob’s vibe & the confidence he gave us.While we did encounter some issues with the initial installation, Reitzel's customer service was committed to resolving them. Marc, the owner, personally came out to inspect and discuss the problems with me. He then took the time and care to ensure we were satisfied with the finished project. I was impressed with the level of attention and dedication to making sure the job was done right. Reitzel stands by their word to deliver a quality experience.

Exceptional Service!!!!Our front roof somehow obtained a hole. Snow was in route. It was freezing cold, parts of the roof gutter and siding fell off. Prior to contacting Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors we contacted several other roofing companies who did a no-call no show, sent messages stating that the technician was in route, failed to return phone calls or they were just sorry due to overbooking...........My husband had just returned home from the hospital. Trying to take care of him and make sure all is well with our home was overwhelming.Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors was very professional, on time, cost-effective, and the job was done beautifully.
