working with premier was an experience for me as a first time homeowner having to have the roof replaced I was not sure on how it all worked and what colors could be picked. However, Alex and Colton were great at explaining the steps and had great communication at the start. My roof was completed on Halloween and then when I asked about my gutters I was told typically 14 days after the roof is completed. So far so good. However, when the 14 days came and went and I had not heard anything I was getting worried so I reached out and didn't receive any communication. Long story short I finally got my gutters done on 12/6 and I love my black roof and black gutters that just flow seamlessly. There were a few bumps in a long the way but nothing that could not be fix. I am happy with the resolution and will be happy to recommend the company to others. I am hoping I do not need to get a new roof for a while. lol. I am happy that we are finally at the end of the process.

From the very first inspection through the insurance claim process, coordinating with the adjuster, and finally completing the installation, Premier Roofing made everything clear and stress-free. Wilmer went above and beyond. He explained my insurance estimate, walked me through how the payments worked, and advocated for additional coverage when unexpected items came up during installation. He also followed up afterward to ensure every detail was taken care of.This experience left me with a renewed sense that there are still professionals in this industry who value integrity and customer care. First time needing a roof replacement.John Lambert and Alex Vega made the process amazingly smooth. First coming out very quickly to inspect the roof after the hailstorm. Alex contacted our insurance office initiating the claim then scheduled an adjuster right after the inspection. Days later, the insurance adjuster and John with Premier finalized the work to be performed. I blinked for a second and next thing I know, Alex and Beau, the crew removed, inspected and replaced the roof in one day. I had no idea what I was stressing about. I guess because… I thought I should be doing something. But this whole event seemed to move forward automatically.We cannot thank Premier Team and crews enough for a job well done! Highly recommend!!
Premier Roofing of Wichita provide excellent service. Daniel Wallace was very professional and helped us throughout the whole process. On the day of repair, the roofers were very professional, completed the job and clean up all in one day! The gutters were fixed the very next day (usually is a few days later but worked out this time)! Brendan Martens, branch manager dod an excellent job in helping wrap up the last of the paper work. premier roofing provided world class customer service and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
