I used dayus roofing about 3 years ago. Within the first year I had a massive amount of mold growing in daughter’s bedroom. Dayus refused to fix the issue. So I got it fixed. Now this winter 2 other bedrooms along the same wall are now getting mold as well. I contacted dayus again and they are still refusing to fix the issue. When they installed the roof they moved the insulation and didn’t install vents properly when they finished. Damaging most. I highly recommend you do not use this company as they don’t care about the damage they do to your home. Frank if you want this post taken down hire a crew to come to my house to fix the drywall and insulation YOUR crew moved.
I hired this Wonderful company to replace my flat roof about six years ago. I had such a wonderful experience with them that I’m going to hire them to do my second flat roof. The job has not been done but throughout setting up the time to do it and dealing with the owner, Frank, he’s the nicest and the kindest person. He’s a real gentleman very understanding and accommodating. I will be writing my review after my second roof is done, but I am 100% sure I would be a very satisfied customer when the job is done. The crew is superb the workmanship is superb so glad that I am going to hire this company again.

Dayus did an amazing job with our new roof. Replaced an old cedar shake roof with a beautiful composite shake that will probably last forever. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.A year later put the same roof on our guest house.
I have a flat roof with ponding issues and unfortunately for me, the roof started to leak. I called multiple companies including Dayus. Frank, from Dayus came out did some test cuts and showed me my worst fears; wet flat roofing insulation in multiple spots. I guess the multiple old layers of roof membrane had failed and now I needed a new roof. I opted to replace all old stuff and fix my ponding issues, and go with tpo membrane.Dayus's quote was not the cheapest, but also it wasn't the most expensive either. It was very fair, and also I wanted to go with a long established company, so I gave them the go ahead. I am very pleased I went with Dayus.From start to finish, I have been very pleased with Dayus roofing. I should start by saying that I, like most people don't leave reviews, but I just want to share my experience with this exceptional company. The workmanship and quality of work is very good. All Dayus roofing employee/team members were great. They showed up on time, constantly working, very courteous, just overall very pleasant to deal with.I will definitely call them for my future roofing needs. If you have a roofing issue, I would recommend you give them a call. At least get a quote!
