Why are you advertising my roof?? You legitimately messed up the entire roof! Ruined all of my expensive material and never fixed it or took money off?Below you will see photos I added of the shingles that were not installed properly. The owner ensured he knew how to lay them and it should be a brick pattern.You need to take photos of my house down you never asked to advertise with my home…and it’s messed up? Not sure why you would advertise a mess up with your own company??
Big thank you to the team at elite roofing. Hours of availability were helpful when I first noticed our roof was leaking.Was able to get a representative the next morning to review the damage and put the fix in immediately. Would definitely use them again for roof repair or replacement.Anthony.
From start talking to Stephanie on the phone. To Dan coming out and answering all of our questions. To Matt installing the roof with his crew.We went with Elite because of Dan he was honest straight forward no upselling to knowing exactly what he was talking about. Had other company’s come out and let me tell you what we found nothing… lots of bad mouthing of other companies upselling and lots of Bs-ing if you want the best forget about the rest and go with Elite. Wasn’t the cheapest but worth every penny especially in this economy.
Matt and his team came to our house after I noticed our soffit leaking and he came by the next day and pointed out some issues and quickly fixed the caulking at the end of our gutter near the chimney. I still noticed leaks a few days later late at night and not even expecting a response, Matt conversed with me late and answered questions about next steps and was able to come out immediately the following day. He fixed and pulled up our shingles and pointed out issues previous roofers had done, clearly and concisely. They re did all metal around our chimney, replaced the plywood sub roof since it was rotten, sprayed for mold and documented the whole procedure and explained everything. Can’t recommend them enough, and I know who I will be calling next for when I need to replace our roof.Thank you!
Great work!! I went to four companies to get someone to fix the leak in our attic that we assumed was the flashing around the chimney. All four showed up to take a look and charge for that visit, only one gave us a quote and showed up to do the work. Matt was great to deal with. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do the work, but Dan came out and did an amazing job!! Hard working, friendly and made sure that everything was clean and tidy when he left!! We hope this fixes our leak, but we know for sure that with the additional materials and great workmanship, the flashing won’t be the problem.THANK YOU!!
